During the Fourth of July weekend in Moss Point, Mississippi, a car carrying three young girls accidentally veered off a boat ramp and plunged into the Pascagoula River around 2:30 a.m. Fortunately, at that exact moment, a 16-year-old boy named Corion Evans happened to be in the right place at the right time.
Unaware of the impending danger, the driver of the vehicle had mistakenly followed her GPS directions, leading them straight into the water. This surprising turn of events prompted Corion Evans to take immediate action. Without hesitation, he removed his shirt and shoes, discarded his phone, and fearlessly leaped into the river.

It was crucial to get them out of the water. I didn’t have any other thoughts at that moment.”
Fortunately, Corion was not alone in his courageous efforts. His friend, Karon “KJ” Bradley, joined him in the rescue mission, aiding in bringing the girls to the roof of the submerged car.
