Court documents obtained by Insider indicate that Rydell argues against Costner’s attempt to have Baumgartner leave, emphasizing that they are a family unit.
Rydell stated that Kevin’s request “seeks to kick Christine and their three children out of the house that the children have lived in for their entire lives.” The attorney further added, “Although the legal basis for Kevin’s request to kick his wife and children out of their home is all but nonexistent, this is still a matter of critical importance for Christine.”
Additional documents obtained by TMZ claim that Baumgartner, a former model, is refusing to vacate the property as a means to pressure Costner into meeting certain financial demands.
