Naomi Osaka and Cordae have welcomed their precious little one into the world! The “Gifted” rapper joyfully announced the arrival of their first child during a recent performance.
During his gig in Calgary, the talented MC proudly shared the heartwarming news with the crowd, expressing his happiness as a new father.
Back in January, Osaka had revealed her pregnancy by posting a sonogram on Instagram, and the couple recently celebrated their impending parenthood with an extravagant pink-themed baby shower. Although they haven’t addressed the birth on their social media accounts yet, People magazine reports that the baby girl was born in Los Angeles and that both mother and child are in good health.
Since her pregnancy announcement, Osaka has taken a break from the tennis court, but she remained dedicated to her training, determined to return for the 2024 Australian Open. Reflecting on her future, Osaka shared, “I know that I have so much to look forward to in the future. One thing I’m looking forward to is for my kid to watch one of my matches and tell someone, ‘that’s my mom,’ haha.” That special moment will come soon enough!
