On the one-year anniversary of her passing, King Charles is said to be observing the day privately at Balmoral Arms. In contrast, Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, are expected to make a public appearance at St David’s Cathedral. King Charles issued a statement to commemorate this solemn occasion, expressing, “In marking the first anniversary of Her late Majesty’s passing and my Accession, we remember with deep affection her lengthy life, unwavering service, and the profound impact she had on so many of us.” Charles continued, “I am profoundly thankful for the love and support that has been extended to my wife, Queen Camilla, and myself throughout this year as we diligently serve you all.”
